What is the price currency and measurement of the product?
All the products are priced in Hong Kong dollars. Weight is measured in gram and liquid is measured in ml. Otherwise, measurement of other products would be stated in the description.
What is your shipping procedure?
We provide worldwide shipping. We can ship to anywhere and the shipment and handling is the same. The items are well packed with original package. and ready to be shipped to your registered address in our website or Paypal address within 24 hours of completed and cleared payment. Please make sure your shipping address is update and accurate before pay.
We always post items out via HongKong Post registered airmail, delivery to your door takes 6-14 days on average. We will sent an email notification after posted, and you can track the item through Hongkong post for mail tracking.
All custom charges occurred should be paid by the buyer, we are not responsible for these charges.

Do you accept refund or eplacement?

Postage and insurance charges are non-refundable for exchange/return items.
